Ciryadien

 I’ve been very happy with 2024. It’s been busy…busier than I like…but I am starting to feel myself again. There’s a hunger, or anxiousness, that comes along if I’m not able to create something, whether that’s sketches or paintings or photography. I suppose for me, creation is a compulsion, but as I grow older I do try to be more mindful of what I create.

2024 so far, seems to be made up of beautiful ideas I’d love to paint, and cute drawings that my daughter is starting to appreciate. She doesn’t have enough words to say what she wants, but she expresses her desire to hold my art effectively enough with her insistent pointing and grunts! She’s allowed to have the prints, but not the original art yet.
